Another Demonstration (#53)

People for Life will conduct another demonstration opposing the opening of an abortion facility in Erie today, Saturday, April 22, 2000, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. This will be People for Life's 53rd demonstration at the Professional Building, 1611 Peach St., Erie, where Dr. Steven Chase Brigham is planning to open an abortion business.

A tally of the signatures received from area residents opposed to the opening of this abortion facility is now displayed on the People for Life website, www.peopleforlife.org. That number currently stands at 20,065.

We have begun collecting signatures and distributing bumper stickers during our demonstrations. The response has been good, particularly from pedestrians, some of whom live in near the Professional Building.
